We are a parent-led and family-oriented environment. As a non-profit organization, we offer volunteer and paid positions. As an educational facility, we invite parents accompanied by children to join us.

We believe that all behavior is a form of communication. We are comfortable caring for the big feelings and meltdowns. Our staff is trained in trauma informed care and crisis prevention.

We understand that human development exists on a continuum and each child is unique. We support delays and celebrate gains.

We believe that all people are created in Gods’ image. We approach each person with care and support.
