Our Educational Philosophy

We believe each person is unique and learns and develops at their own pace.

Academic Thinking

We believe children should be provided with traditional academic subjects, structure, and explicit instruction.

We measure outcomes, not standardized tests.

Life Skills Development

We believe children should be explicitly taught life skills to foster independence.

We believe children should be explicitly taught good habits in order to develop self-discipline.

We believe children should be exposed to the natural world and the fundamental tasks of life to foster self-sufficiency.

Spiritual Formation

We integrate the bible throughout our curriculum and provide daily bible study and scripture memorization.

Students develop a testimony and learn to engage with their world.

Overview

Beware the gobbledygook, my son. He took his vorpal sword in hand. All mimsy were the borogoves. The vorpal blade went snicker-snack. Long time the manxome foe he sought. He went galumphing back, all mimsy were the borogoves.

Did gyre and gimble in the wabe. So rested he by the Tumtum tree, long time the manxome foe he sought. And the mome raths outgrabe. All mimsy were the borogoves.

Highlights of Our Learning Culture

In 2024, our student body participated in a chicken embryology class and then raised nine chickens from hatching to hen. We provided food and shelter, assembled their coop, and monitored their growth in the brooder as they grew from chicks to egg laying hens. This life skills program provided students with real world experience and enabled them to develop responsibility, independence, and self-sufficiency.

We invite you to come and see what we have planned for this year.

My son grew from a child who exhibited daily outbursts of yelling, crying, and refusing to participate in learning activities to a child who uses his words to ask for what he needs and wants, and engages willingly in learning about God and our world
